Sales/ Deposit Agreement

Congratulations on your new puppy! The parents of your puppy are of high quality pedigree and have an excellent temperament. This litter was bred with the intent to better the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed. As a breeder, it is our hope that you will take exceptional care of this puppy throughout it's entire life. This means providing socialization, medical and dental care (mouth infections can cause MVD). Also provide nutritional and physical needs. Your puppy will need lots of love and it will be a part of your family. Remember that the environment and how it is raised has a tremendous impact on how the dog will turn out.

This agreement also presents a guarantee for your puppy. Both parents have been OFFA heart, hip & eye certified. A one year guarantee will be in place in the event of any congenital problem due to the genetics of either parents. A replacement puppy will be given at the time of the next breeding. No accumulating charges or refunds will be given.

Your puppy will have a check up at 6 weeks of age. At that time he/she will have its first shot and completely checked over.  I ask that you take your puppy to your vet within 72 hours to confirm the health of your puppy.

A series of puppy shots are needed no less than 2 and as many as 4 with the last being given at 15 weeks of age. A rabies shot is needed at 4 months, spay and or neutering at 6 mo.

Spaniel puppy. This agreement is with limited registration agreeing to have the puppy spayed or neutered at the age of 6 months. Registration application will be sent at the time of comfirmation.

This contract begins with a $300.00 deposit. This can be made with cash, bank check or money order. The balance of $____________ to be paid when picking up your puppy between 7 to 8 weeks of age. A $10.00 charge per day will be charged, holding your puppy past 8 weeks of age.
